DARE AUTO successfully passed the CNAS Audit

The China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) visited Dare Auto from August 11 to 12, 2018 to conduct an evaluation of the company's laboratory. This on-site evaluation is related to whether Dare Auto Laboratory can successfully obtain the CNAS certification accreditation qualification.

In order to pass the on-site review smoothly, the laboratory has strengthened relevant management in advance and proposed "three standardization"; Standardize system operation management, on-site testing, and on-site 5S management, and strictly follow the standards.

This on-site review will mainly be conducted from two aspects:

1. Operation status of laboratory management system

The main purpose is to review the four level documents of the laboratory quality manual, procedure documents, test standard methods, and operation instructions. By asking questions and reviewing relevant records, understand and determine the operation of the laboratory management system.

This review reviewed a total of 25 elements of the quality manual, 31 procedural documents, 5 test standards (including 4 enterprise standards and 1 national standard), 21 work instructions, and approximately 100 supporting records for the operation of the inspection system.

2. Laboratory Capability Verification

The main purpose is to understand and verify the testing capabilities of 77 sub items in four categories of automotive hydraulic steering pump, electro-hydraulic pump, transmission oil pump, and chassis component noise declared by the laboratory

card

Only 4 major categories and 16 small items (10 routine tests and 6 demonstration tests) were randomly selected for capability verification on site. With the joint efforts of all employees in the company and laboratory, after two days of on-site evaluation from the 11th to the 12th, Del Group Laboratory successfully passed the certification renewal and accreditation qualification of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment.
